Safety is priority “1” for the Frank M. Sheesley Co. We understand that our most valuable assets are our employees in the field and the office. Our experience of over a century provides us with a unique historical perspective on safety and the need for is high priority in the workplace. Watching safety emerge as an issue in the 50's and 60's for owners and contractors our company quickly saw the benefits of safety for our personnel and our financial performance. Our focus on safety has evolved over the decades and is equal to or exceeds the safety requirements/policies of our clients.

Rewards-Based Safety Program
The Frank M. Sheesley Co. is proud of our safety record and ongoing safety improvement plan. In order to continue to improve our safety performance, in 2003 we instituted a “Rewards Based” Program that rates individual job site performance bi-weekly and employees are rewarded monthly with a safety gift if the site maintains a clean and Zero Incident Site. Once the job is completed without a lost time incident a substantial safety award is raffled off. This program has proven to motivate all employees to think safety and look out for one another in the field.
